Technical Communications Process Improvement: Maturity Assessment and Recommendations

I provided this analysis and report to a global internal communications team that had set out to improve several core processes and were experiencing service delivery issues. The assessment provides a detailed analysis of the team’s process challenges and makes recommendations for overcoming obstacles that were preventing the team from accomplishing their strategic goals.
